What size should I buy?
Snapbacks: Age ranges are meant strictly as a guide as head sizes can vary. Our baby size can adjust from 45-50 cm (48 cm on the standard snap) and our kids size can adjust from 50-55 cm (52 cm on the standard snap). When in doubt, we recommend to size up.
Baby 6 months - 3 years (45-50 cm)
Kids 4 years - 8 years (50-55 cm)
Adult (one size fits most)
Beanies: Sizing is approximate, if you prefer a slouchier look, please order the next size up.
Infant - (0mos - 3mos)
Toddler - (4mos - 2yrs)
Youth- 3yrs+
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our production times change periodically due to demand and the holiday season.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All of our items are custom in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to address them. If your order arrives incorrect or defective (excluding damage via shipping courier), we will make it right at no cost to you. We do not guarantee the longevity of the product as once it is washed, used, or worn it is susceptible to damage from variables outside of our control.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please send us a message as soon as possible and we will provide instructions on our change of address policy. Please note that our production time changes often and we work swiftly to get orders to our customers. Once an order has a printed shipping label, we will not be able to adjust.
How to clean my items?
Snapbacks & Beanies:
On all of our hats/beanies we recommend only spot cleaning with water and mild soap if necessary, then let air dry.
Clothing:
Machine Wash Cold. Gentle Cycle
Hang Or Lay Flat to Dry
No Fabric Softeners. No Bleach.
Do you ship international?
We do ship international. We will declare an accurate value on all non-U.S. shipments. The customer is responsible for all fees and customs charges should they occur. International orders typically take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on location and this time can be longer during the holiday season.
Do you send a proof?
We will not send a proof unless it is specifically stated on the order form. The proof will be a digital black and white image as we will not engrave on leatherette material until production begins. Please view pictures and reviews for ideas of what patch colors will look like or reach out to us for assistance.
Once proof has been sent there is a limited amount of time to respond back as we work swiftly to keep up with processing times. If there is no response to the proof within 24 hours we will use our best judgement and begin production.
Can you rush my order?
Orders are processed first come first serve. If you would like to rush your order and skip the line of orders ahead of you, we do offer expedited processing for a fee. This fee changes throughout the year based on seasonal shopping trends. This has nothing to do with shipping, that would need to be upgraded at checkout.
